Sport Injuries come in many forms.
From sprains, to repetitive strains, joint pain to muscular pain, "niggles", aches and pain that overstay the DOMS* (*delayed onset muscle soreness - otherwise known as that post exercise feeling) Or just that "something is not quite right" feeling... Whichever one it is, we will help you feel your best again. Mark Field is our Sports Therapist, Osteopath and Sports Injuries Specialist. As well as being a qualified Osteopath, Mark brings over 22 years of experience as a sports therapist and 16 years (concurent) of NHS community physiotherapy experience to our team providing rehabilitation services, injury prevention advice and guidance on lifestyle management. |
A keen sports person himself, Mark can often be spotted in CrossFit gyms and ridding one of his bicycle when he is not working.
You can trust him to help with sprains, joint pain, muscular pain and those aches and pain that you can't quite describe but are getting in the way of you performing your best, or just doing or enjoying the sports and activities you love.
Or somethimes, you don't have a specific pain or injury, but
"something just doesn't feel right"...
You can expect effective hands-on treatment, remedial exercises, practical advice and/or medical acupuncture as required.
Complementary 15 minutes meet & chat are available if you would like to discuss suitability before making an appointment, or just go ahead and choose an 60 minutes initial consultation, which typically includes an initial treatment session.
