Specialist Clinics
All our practitioners do general practice, but also have specialist training and areas of specialist interest, as below
Joelle Fordham M.Ost (D.O), Registered Osteopath, Cranial & Visceral Osteopath, Medical Acupuncturist
Joelle has specialist training in supporting people suffering with Fibromyalgia, ME and Chronic Fatigue syndrome. She is a referral practitioner with The Chrysalis Effect, a step by step recovery pathway and support community accessed by over 4000 recoverers so to date with pilots programs currently running within the NHS, thanks to the progam's excellent results with these notoriously difficult to treat conditions.
Many people with long-Covid are now coming through the Chrysalis Effect program and are equally benefiting from the collective recovery knowledge accumulated from specialist practitioners and recovers alike.
Joelle also has specialist knowledge and a vast amount of experience treating people with hypermobility spectrum disorders, including Hypermobility Elher-Danlos Syndrome. As these conditions very often co-exist, having a good knowledge of both is clinically very useful.
