Complaint Procedure
Whilst we pride ourselves in the quality of the care, treatment and dedication we provide to our patients, there may be situations where you feel we have not met your expectations.
Firstly, we are sorry if you are reading this because you feel unhappy with our service.
Rest assured, we will do everything we can to make it right.
If you would like to make a complaint, here's what you need to do:
1) Contact us.
You can do this by phone, email or through the contact form on this website.
Then, the following process will be followed:
- We will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable time and method of discussing your concerns.
- We will discuss with you actions that you would like us to take to resolve the issue.
- We will investigate your complaint and provide you with a written response.
- We will keep you informed through the process and give you a time scale of when you can expect to hear from us.
If you feel uncomfortable speaking to a practitioner, or if you feel your complaint has not been addressed to your satisfaction then you can contact the Institute of Osteopathy Concern Resolution Service.

If you are concerned about safety and would like to make a formal complaint with the regulatory body, you can contact the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
Please note that the GOsC can not award compensation.
